Track Delivery Status via Your PHYMAT Account
As a registered user of phymatlife.com, you can sign in to your account. You can look up your orders without entering your customer number and order number for each order. Here’s how:
- Head over to the PHYMATLIFE.COM website and log in with your account and password.
- Click on “My Account”.
- Then click on “My Orders”.
- Locate the item that you want to track and then click on “View Detail”.
- You should now be able to see the current status of your order.
Tracking via Shipment Notification Email
As mentioned above, we always try our hardest to arrange shipment the same or next business day after receiving your order except the weekend or holidays. But this does not mean you can get the tracking code so quickly. We must wait for the warehouse to update the shipment information before uploading the tracking code. The email notification timeline would be as follows:
- An order confirmation email will be sent to you once you place an order with PHYMATLIFE.COM.
- Once your order is received, we will handle with the shipment the same or next business day (the process can extend to 3-5 business days during holidays). The fact that there is no further update on your order does not mean we do nothing.
- The processing times of different warehouses vary. Usually, the warehouse fulfillment process takes about two business days.
- Once the shipment info is updated from the warehouse system, we’ll upload the tracking code and send the shipment confirmation email to you.
- You can track your package via the tracking code we attached to the shipment confirmation email.
- You can contact the carrier to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
Of course, the process efficiency of the warehouse is different depending on the season of the year. For example, shipment volumes are much higher than other times of the year during the busy holiday shopping season surrounding popular shopping days including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and general gift-giving leading up to Christmas. The processing time of different warehouses can vary.

You can use track your shipment through the main carriers’ websites as below. Enter your tracking number we provided, track by reference, obtain proof of delivery, get the most up-to-date information about the status of your shipment.
