We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.
- Usually, we ship on the same or the next business day. If your purchase date falls on a weekend, it will ship on the next available business day. Depending on the region of the shipping address, delivery times may vary. During the holidays time, the order processing time may extend to 3-5 business days.
- Depending on the time of day you place your order, it may take up to 2 business days to assemble, package, and ship your order. Shipping and arrival may be affected by observed holidays or carrier peak periods.
- Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities.
- As we arranged the shipment via a third-party warehouse, we had to wait for the shipment update from the warehouse. We’re still tracking our package and once there’s an update, we’ll send you the tracking code.
