1. Flip the Power Switch to turn the mat on. The display will show a red light. Flip to the opposite side to power off the mat.
2. Press the Time button to choose between 4-hour, 8-hour or 12-hour settings. The green light indicates which time setting is selected.
3. Turn the dial clockwise to increase the temperature and counterclockwise to decrease the temperature from 30°C (86°F) to 70°C (158°C).
4. The red LED display shows the actual temperature. When you turn the dial it indicates your selected temperature for a few seconds, and then changes back to display the actual temperature. Once the selected temperature is reached, the red display will show blinking lines instead of the temperature.
5. Photon lights are controlled independently with the “Photonic Switch” button.
