5-Gems Infrared PEMF Mat Full-body Heating Pad
Innovative PEMF technology is used on this 5-Gems Infrared PEMF Mat. The PEMF function is separately operated by a button on the smart controller. Once switched to ON, rapid sine waves are activated, and pulsed magnetic fields at 50 Hz are formed. This is for a period of 20 minutes during which the function is active.
Pulsed Magnetic Field intensity varies with the vertical and horizontal distance from the PEMF coils. It reaches 50-100 Gauss on the mattress surface. - Flip the power (No1) switch On. The display will start to show a red light.

When you turn PEMF on while using PHYMAT PEMF mat, it will run for 20 minutes and then turn off. Whenever the PEMF function shuts off automatically, it should be manually restarted. And it automatically shuts off after 20 minutes. You can turn the PEMF function on and off anytime during the use.

This mat has saved my friggin life. Seriously. I'm almost two years post breast cancer, treated 95% naturally. I can't cite a source but have heard many people who get cancer have low body temp, as I do. I started researching hyperthermia after lying on one of these at my local thermography office, and realized how beneficial this could be. I also have poor circulation and can feel my fingers and toes now. It immediately relieves any tension or pain. You can FEEL the difference between this and standard electric heat pads. and the heat makes me feel like a lizard who finally found a nice hot rock in the sun. Until I can afford to relocate, this is what's keeping me going this winter. My husband calls it my magic crystal mat. I love it so much I hope I never have to go without one!!

I just made the decision to purchase this vs. the super expensive bio mat from Ridgeway. I have used the other bio mat many years ago. I like the idea of the different crystals on this mat. It heats up nicely and evenly. It feels amazing. I took photos so you can see what it looks like out of the box. It comes with a nice carrier bag, the controller and a pamphlet with instructions. The crystals that come in the mat are tourmaline, the far infrared balls, jade, amethyst and turquoise (although it's not listed in the pamphlet for some reason). I haven't used it as much as I would like to yet, but when I do, my mind feels relaxed, as do my muscles and joints. Since this mat has a lot of crystals, I did Reiki on it to clear them and put healing energy into them. I am the only person using the mat, but I imagine if a body worker was using this on clients, you may want to consider doing a nice clearing ritual to clear the mat of the last client's energy. Just a thought. Hope this review is helpful!
