Orders typically ship within 2 business days of you ordering. US domestic customers can expect delivery within 7 business days, and other international customers within 12 business days. This is all subject to carrier activity as well.

Due to COVID-19 and an increase in order volume, we are taking extra precautions which may cause a delay in processing your order. We appreciate your understanding.
Domestic Orders:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. During the holidays when order volume is elevated, processing times will be delayed.
US orders are shipped via USPS, Amazon Logistics, and UPS, and are estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days, unless otherwise noted.
International Orders:
Canadian, Germany, UK, Australian, New Zealand and other international orders are shipped via UPS, DHL or FedEx and are estimated to arrive within 1-3 weeks. Duties, taxes, and associated fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.
What should I do if shipping delays occur?
Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
Please note:
If your package is returned to our facility due to a shipping error, we’ll reach out to you via the email address provided with your shipping information. If we don’t get a response within 5 business days, we hold the right to refund your order. This applies to all merchandise orders, including limited edition and pre-order sales.
Please note that in the event of an order split shipping, we can only refund you for what has been returned to us.
The ordered items are shipped within the United States ASAP to guarantee fast delivery. Usually, we ship on the same or the next business day, but during the pre-holidays time, the order processing time may extend to 2-5 business days. Anyhow, we always do our best to deliver your orders on time.
