30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
Rest Assured, we stand behind our brand and the quality of the products we sell. At PHYMAT LIFE, all purchases are covered by our Product Return and Warranty Policies.
We offer a return and exchange service within 30 days of receiving your order, regardless of the reason—whether it’s due to the product itself or the buyer’s personal preference.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If the return is due to an issue on our end (such as product quality issues or damage during shipping), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to the buyer's personal reasons (such as a change of mind, dislike of the product, or no longer needing it), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Additional Information:
- To determine if a return is due to a product issue, we may require photos or videos from the buyer to assist in the evaluation process.
- The following issues, among others, are considered buyer-related and will require the buyer to cover return shipping:
- Providing an incorrect shipping address.
- Washing or altering the product in any way.
- Ordering the wrong size or variant.
- Failing to follow the product care instructions, resulting in damage.
What Happens to the Original Shipping Cost?
- If the customer paid for shipping when placing the order, the original shipping fee will not be refunded in the event of a return.
- If the product was shipped with free shipping, the customer will not be required to cover any shipping costs for the original delivery when returning the product.
How do I Return an Item?
1. Contact Customer Service: Before returning any item, please contact support@phymatlife.com to confirm the return. Our team will provide the return address, required markings (such as an RMA code to be attached to the box), and a return label if applicable.
2. Return Requirements:
- All components must be returned, including the mat, cover (if applicable), controller, user manual, carrying bag, and the original packaging box.
- The returned product should be in a condition similar to new.
- Photos of all parts should be sent to our customer service before shipping the return, to confirm their condition.
- Returns may not be approved if the product has damage due to improper use, accidental damage, scratches, tears, stains, etc. The seller will evaluate such cases to determine if a return or exchange is allowed and what refund amount, if any, applies.
3. Prepare and Ship: Once the return is approved, the buyer should prepare the packaging along with all product components and proceed with shipping. Please make sure to attach the RMA code to the outside of the box.
4. Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will be tested to confirm its functionality and condition.
5. Refund: After the condition is confirmed, we will proceed with the refund of the purchase price.
6. For Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order on our website. This allows you to receive the new product more quickly, without waiting for the return process to be completed.

Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after both parties have agreed on the refund. -
Amount and Method
The refund will be issued through the original payment method. If the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, this amount will be deducted from the refund before it is issued.
- Please note that if the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, those costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
