I bought this mat during Black Friday sales. It arrived theirs a controller that when turned on, cut out the electricity in my apartment. The company after some time, sent me a new controller which arrived today. Aside from looking unclean and used, it also doesn’t work. So I cannot use the bed and I have asked for a refund. I was really impressed with the website etc, but the reality of the situation is the comoanies manner is very disappointing and I’m suspecting it could just be a scam

AWESOME tourmaline warming mat! I wanted a similar mat after trying one out at my in laws. I loved it but it was way too expensive to purchase. My mat first arrived after Christmas. Then I had to wait for the second part, which was the controller. It finally arrived so I tried out the mat. Item was missing the white cloth pad when received so I sent an email and I brought it to their attention I received a new pad within days. I will continue to recommend this Phymat to all my friends. It works wonders in my body.

i was unsure if this was real or just a gimmick. The mat works. Heating is amazing. Photon and PEMF works, you can see by the ball in the jar. The mat is a little stiff, which is probably due to the heat coils. Hopefully it last.

I love it!! It’s wonderful, so soothing and calming. Definitely the very best heating pad I have ever purchased. You can set the timer and the exact heat temperature you want - great for all parts of your body.

Wide so my arms don't hang off and can be by my side and the four PEMF coils are exactly where needed upper back, low back, high thighs, and calves. Some others have six coils - 2ea at three levels completely missing the low back where most people need them the most.

I've been using this mat for a few weeks now, and it’s been amazing. It not only relieves my back pain but also makes me feel more energized. I'm very satisfied with the product—definitely worth buying!
